When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (optional), the selected topic and your message. We process this information with your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and only to answer your request and, if relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal.

Your IP address is kept in server memory for at most one hour to limit abusive submissions (spam protection). It is never written to disk or linked to your message.

Recipients

Your message is delivered to our company mailbox only, through our email hosting provider. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Retention

Messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
